Join us for the 2012 Cultural Congress from Sunday, April 22 to Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in Yakima, Washington. We've extended "Early Bird" registration* until February 22!
*Registration includes events, noted meals, and workshops; registration doesn't include lodging. We've arranged for block booking at the Red Lion (located adjacent to the Convention Center in Yakima).

One day packages include sessions, events, and meals on Monday or Tuesday only.
Guests
are welcome to attend special events and meals for an additional fee. Please register guests in advance so that we may accommodate them.
Arts Alliance Membership Discount: Are you a member of the Washington State Arts Alliance? If so, click “Arts Alliance Member” on the first registration page to receive special member rates. Become an Arts Alliance member.
Confirmation: All attendees will receive confirmation of registration via e-mail. Please review confirmation notices carefully. If you have not received a confirmation notice within a few days of submitting your registration, or if you wish to change your registration information, please contact us at 206.448.1909.
Payment - You may choose to pay by check, credit card, or purchase order. Please make checks out to the Washington State Arts Alliance Foundation. Full payment must be received within seven days of registering online or your place in the conference may be released. Payment for registrations secured by a Purchase Order must be received by March 31, 2012.
A block of rooms is being held for Cultural Congress attendees at the Red Lion Inn, right next to the Convention Center, in downtown Yakima. To reserve your room, please contact the Red Lion Inn and identify yourself as part of the “Arts Alliance Cultural Congress”. The special conference room rate is $94.95 per double occupancy room/night. Call today – 509-248-5900.
Roommates - If you would like to save on lodging by sharing a room with another attendee, please contact the Arts Alliance to be included on the roommate contact list.
Special Accommodation: We would like to ensure that your conference experience is a pleasant and comfortable one. Attendees needing special accommodations including hearing and visual aids, or special meal requests please indicate needs at registration. You may also contact Kim Thomas at kim@wsartsalliance.com.
Cancellations & Refunds: All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Washington State Arts Alliance Foundation. Full refunds will be issued to requests received by March 31, 2012. There will be a $50 service fee for refunds.
